Our trainers are all highly qualified and experienced - we have access to a total of over 100 years of industry experience. All our trainers are highly experienced in the industry for the courses they teach.  We use a mixture of internal and external trainers, allowing a balance between the different skill sets and levels of industry experience.

Scheduled or tailored courses to suit your needs perfectly

We hold regular scheduled courses at our training premises in Bradley Stoke, North Bristol (See our location here. on a range of dates. We also are able to run tailored courses at your site anywhere in England, Wales or Scotland, or alternatively we can provide a meeting room near your premises.  Contact us for more information.

Full training manual provided

All your training materials are provided in a course manual / notes to take away and review back at the office.

Small group sizes

Your course will be a maximum of 10 delegates, with the average group size between 4 and 8 delegates.  This is the perfect size to allow practice with just the right amount of individual attention.

All day refreshments

When you book a course from our Public Course schedule, this will include all day refreshments including snacks and delicious buffet-style lunch (you will be able to specify salad, vegetarian, vegan etc when we have confirmed your booking).
